Weekly Events
Sunday
Sunday School: Junior and Senior High meet in the POPC multi-purpose building from 9:30-10:15a.m. for Sunday School. We divide into three groups: 7th-8th, 9th-10th, 11th-12th.
Church Service: Be sure to join us in the sanctuary for worship from 10:25-11:40a.m.
Shazam: Jr. High will meet for a time of fellowship and food from 4:30-6:00p.m. in the gym.
Evening Worship: We will come together with the church at 6:00-7:00 p.m. for worship in the sanctuary and to hear teaching from God’s Word.
Vittles: The Sr. High will meet at a different youth’s home every week from 7:00-9:00. This is a time for students to fellowship and eat together before starting a busy week of school.
Monday
Fierce Men: This is a Bible Study for the Sr. High guys led by John Perritt. It will be at John’s home (http://g NULL.co/maps/xwef) (344 Pinewood Lane, Ridgeland, 39157) from 7:00-8:00p.m.
Techno Tea Time: Sr. High girls will meet at Whitney’s house (http://g NULL.co/maps/zz5ps) (880 William Blvd. Apt. 912, Ridgeland, 39157) from 6:30-8:00p.m. and will go through the book “Lady in Waiting” by Jackie Kendall and Debby Jones. This study is led by Emily and Whitney.
Corner Bakery: We will meet at Corner Bakery (http://g NULL.co/maps/kjjq) (on Lakeland Drive) from 7:00-7:45 a.m. for a time of food, fellowship, and prayer before we start the school day. Transportation can be provided to school from there.
Wednesday
Rendezvous: Martie Kwasny will be leading a study beginning February 1, 2012 called “Beyond Suffering” where we will learn and discuss why God calls us to minister to people with disabilities.
- 5:30-6:15- Dinner in the cafeteria.
- 6:15-6:30- Fellowship in the Multi-Purpose Building
- 6:30-7:00- Large Group Bible Study
- 7:00-7:30- Break into small groups for Bible study
Thursday
Beagle Bagel: We will meet at Beagle Bagel (http://g NULL.co/maps/xsrh) (on Highland Colony Parkway) from 7:00-7:45a.m. for a time of food, fellowship and prayer before we start the school day. Transportation can be provided to school from there.
