Informed is an extremely easy way to stay plugged in to your teenagers life. The culture our youth live in is changing constantly and it is almost impossible to keep up with popular fashion, music, movies, etc. among your teenagers.  Therefore, the youth staff of Pear Orchard want to assist you with this difficult task each parent is called to.

Informed will be a periodic email we send to you, which will update you on current trends, cautions, and statistics that will assist you in two ways.  First, we pray that it will help you better parent your teen, by understanding the culture they live in day-to-day.  Also, we hope that it will save you a tremendous amount of time.  With the youth culture constantly changing, one could spend hours of research each day.  While we encourage researching youth culture, with Informed, we do all the research and present it to you in concise, bullet-point fashion.  However, if there is a certain topic you would like to research further, we will provide a link with more detailed information.
