Stop Indulging Fools: Training your Teen to Be Wise

An encouragement for parents to get out of the bunker, and into the war: To FIGHT to produce wise teenagers. The world simply indulges your children to live foolish lives. God has charged the parent with the responsibility to train towards wisdom. As Proverbs 1:2-4 says: “…for attaining wisdom and discipline; for understanding words of insight; for acquiring a disciplined and prudent life, for doing what is right and fair; for giving prudence to the simple, knowledge and discretion to the young…” It’s time for Christian parents to stop indulging the foolishness of adolescence and work towards producing wise young adults!
The youth will be hosting an Informed: Parents Night on Thursday, January 27th from 6-8 p.m. Dr. John Kwasny will be speaking about ministering to teens in their current culture.
